Description
As an individual in Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing at Citi, you will be responsible for assessing outcomes from activities and processes to ensure conformance with applicable requirements. This will involve strengthening risk management quality through tasks such as quality testing for business function quality control, transformation lead quality control post activity completion, and the development and execution of Monitoring and Testing for controls. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework and the underlying fundamentals of Risk Management - Support in performing monitoring reviews based on principles defined per ARCM (Activity, Risk, Control & Monitoring) - Participate in end-to-end monitoring of controls as per Risk Management policy - Contribute to strategic initiatives for control performance enhancement - Participate in Control & Monitoring Design Assessment (CMDA) meetings and assist in drafting procedures - Analyze documentation and processes in leadership meetings to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed - Identify monitoring breaks and suggest enhancements - Assist in creating and maintaining reports for control tracking and analysis - Identify risks across the business and coordinate cross-functional solutions Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in the financial services industry - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls - Experience in developing and executing controls - Understanding of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word In addition to the mentioned responsibilities and qualifications, Citi values individuals with excellent analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
