Job Description

Design, write, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web, e-commerce, and native mobile apps.
Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing across various browsers and devices.
Specialized Testing: Deeply test e-commerce features, payment gateways, third-party integrations, and customizations, with a focus on Shopify builds.
Identify, clearly document, and track defects using a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira) and verify fixes.
Act as the quality gatekeeper, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Relevant certifications in quality management or quality assurance are a plus

Required Skills Experience

Proven QA Record: 2+ years of experience in manual software testing with a verifiable record of success.
Platform Expertise: Mandatory experience testing e-commerce websites.
Shopify Experience: Strong working knowledge of testing websites built on the Shopify platform is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex issues and collaborate effectively with the team.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with bug tracking tools (like Jira) and familiarity with web technologies (MERN stack projects are a plus).
Must be willing to work full-time from our Jaipur office.
