Quality Assurance Manual Tester

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manual Tester, you will be joining the Quality Assurance team. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing and analyzing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. - Designing, developing, and executing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scenarios. - Performing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. - Collaborating with developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensuring software compliance with business requirements and quality standards. - Maintaining documentation of test results and QA artifacts. - Continuously contributing to process improvement and QA best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases. - Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr. - Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. - Good understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
