The shift manager is expected to manage all the production activities of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties -

1. Manage daily production schedule, with minimal downtime.
2. Comply with FSSAI rules and regulations.
3. Build, update, and follow production processes, workflow, and data management.
4. Ensure quality of all production. 

Qualifications -

1. Education - Graduate in Food Technology, Brewing, Fermentation/Distillation, or equivalent (must have). 
2. Experience - Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role (must have).
3. Specific Skills - Management skills.
4. Personal Characteristics - Problem-solving mindset.
