About Us

Kosha Beverages is a beverage company, based out of Noida. Operating in the manufacturing space with in-house brands for product categories like ready-to-drink beverages, syrups, and extracts. Focused on supplying these high-quality products to the HORECA and retail industry.

Job Title

Location

The shift manager is expected to manage all the production activities of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties -

Manage daily production schedule, with minimal downtime.
Comply with FSSAI rules and regulations.
Build, update, and follow production processes, workflow, and data management.
Ensure quality of all production.

Qualifications -

Education - Graduate in Food Technology, Brewing, Fermentation/Distillation, or equivalent (must have).
Experience - Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role (must have).
Specific Skills - Management skills.
Personal Characteristics - Problem-solving mindset.
