Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at the Rubber Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, your role is crucial in ensuring that the products meet the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with production teams to enhance quality and address any deviations from the standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. - Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and specifications. - Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices. - Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to uphold product quality. - Document all quality-related processes, findings, and corrective actions. - Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Conduct audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Address customer feedback and resolve any quality-related complaints or concerns. - Maintain and calibrate testing equipment for accurate results. - Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and suggest improvements based on data analysis. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or rubber industries. - Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and ISO standards. - Ability to perform detailed inspections and analyze quality metrics effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In addition, the work hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
