Job Description

Key Skills: Test Automation, Automated Testing Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams Analyze data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas of improvement Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments Create detailed documentation including process flows, wireframes, and reports Support testing activities to validate solutions meet requirements Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA/Confluence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (An MBA or related certification is a plus)
