Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineer/Senior Quality Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive industry and be well-versed in Quality Assurance methodologies such as PPAP, APQP, IATF, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and conducting process and product audits.

Responsibilities:

a)Knowledge in sheet metal stamping and welding process.

b)Knowledge and prepare APQP,PFMEA,SPC,MSA and PPAP

c) Knowledge in quality systems standards like ISO 9001 /IATF 16949

d) Sound Knowledge in process audit

e)Sound Knowledge in product audit

f) Sound Knowledge in layout inspection

g) Knowledge in supplier audit

h) Knowledge in problem solving techniques like 8D ect.

i) Knowledge in maintaining quality records

j) Awareness on Quality Policy & Objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on quality assurance.
