The Opportunity
Avantor is looking for an Associate for the Quality Assurance NA team. It is an intermediate-level position. The associate is responsible for preparing customer files, review batch records, and release batch records. Liaison to our customers' quality assurance groups for batch record review and release. Manage the communication between the operations/production, project management, and other quality groups. Approve all batch records prior to production to ensure that they conform to requirements of cGMP.The associate plays an integral role in the ongoing development and implementation of Avantors vision, mission, ICARE Values and Quality Assurance, Quality Management departmental strategy. The incumbent is expected to manage the registration of customers into our service, and handle change notifications. i.e., any changes in products which Avantor sell, should be collected from vendors, maintained in inhouse portal, and inform registered customers, accordingly.What were looking for
EducationGraduate / Post-Graduate in Life Science / Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience2+ years of experience.

Organizational and computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Communicates well both verbally and in writing in English

How will you thrive and create an impact:
To drive the global customer enrollment process to our service by customer and product analysis against our ERP system and our supplier database respectively.
To create and handle various Change Notification Services documents for Europe and North American customers, on the products Avantor sell
Manage and work on Change Notification Services mailbox
Completion/Handling of allotted requests with an action plan within the defined turn-around time
Operational support to all sub-processes & Ad-Hoc projects as needed.
Liaise with Europe & North Americas Internal / External customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
Support in the maintenance of our supplier database
Handle different AdHoc projects within Change Notification Team & inter/intra department, as and when applicable
Maintain Change Notification Portal.
