Job Description Responsibilities Include: Major responsibility is to enhance and ensure consistent application of quality standards, systems and processes in the manufacturing & packaging process. Reports directly to the Quality Assurance Head. Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance and sanitation program is followed. Reviewing certificate of analysis Release the raw material as we receive the lab results. Issuance of batch documents for manufacturing and packaging. Review batch production records and preparation of release certificates. Release raw materials and packaging materials for dispensing. Conduct periodic Self Inspection- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) internal audits of the entire plant. Review production/packaging logbooks for completeness and provide feedback, where applicable. Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures. Education: Bsc Previous experience in the food, consumer packaged goods or Pharmaceutical industry an asset.
