Quality Assurance Associate

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your role will involve collaborating with Product Owners to review and analyze business and functional requirements and design documents to develop effective testing strategies. You will be responsible for testing products, including writing test plans and test cases, automation scripts, and testing the application thoroughly from the UI to the backend. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed cross-browser/cross-device testing, browser-based testing, and mobile testing - Maintaining requirements traceability with test case coverage - Providing expertise in determining what to test and how to test it effectively - Implementing test methodology best practices and advocating for testing standards - Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers - Facilitating testing meetings, summarizing results, reporting issues/defects, maintaining metrics, and providing go/no-go recommendations - Reviewing software and production issues for a comprehensive analysis of impacts and potential causes - Creating, executing, and documenting test plans and test cases for various testing phases (UAT, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, Beta) to ensure functional coverage and application performance In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional Quality Assurance Analyst testing applications with high volume and high-reliability requirements - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail in a team environment - Aptitude for learning new technologies, supported by solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals with varying technical skill sets - Proficiency in basic SQL and Unix/Linux skills - Experience in manual testing, with automation testing experience considered a plus - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) These qualifications will enable you to contribute effectively to the testing processes and ensure the delivery of reliable and repeatable tests.,
