Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to oversee and ensure the quality standards of our products in the jewelry/industrial sector. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks throughout the production cycle.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and records.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of incoming materials.
• Investigate product defects and non-conformance and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the jewelry or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, or relevant industry standards).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with jewelry materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes (for Jewelry Industry).
• Understanding of testing methods, inspection tools, and quality control techniques.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
