Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for essential oils, natural extracts, and herbal products. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations for raw materials and finished products. - Conducting routine inspections, sampling, and testing of products as per SOPs. - Maintaining proper documentation of QA reports, test results, and compliance records. - Coordinating with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. - Monitoring hygiene, safety, and GMP practices across departments. - Assisting in internal and external audits (ISO, GMP, FSSAI, etc.). - Implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality-related concerns. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (preferably in oils, extracts, or FMCG industry). - Knowledge of quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
