Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as a Quality Assurance Analyst within Accenture's Customer Support vertical. Your main responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and ensuring timely resolution of faults and complaints within SLAs. Quality control processes will be crucial in reviewing all factors involved in production. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality audits and manage the effective implementation of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks - Audit and validate current control effectiveness, driving improvements where necessary - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems on a daily basis - Interact with peers within Accenture for updates before informing supervisors - Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management - Receive moderate level instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments - Make decisions that impact your own work and potentially the work of others - Work as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on specific tasks - May require working in rotational shifts Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience - Expertise in English (International) - Skills in Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance (QA) - Adaptable, flexible, and quick learner - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate, work well in a team, and demonstrate interpersonal skills Please note that Accenture is a global professional services company specializing in digital, cloud, and security services across various industries.
