1. Achieve organisation Quality Objective & Goals.
2. Daily Section wise Process Non-Conformity Reporting and counter measure identification for top 3 defects.
3. Daily Rejection Verification & Metal Line, Welding section Component First Piece approval and Patrol Inspection.
4. Align with assembly section non-conformities and identify counter measure for defect solution.
5. 100% fitment assurance of Lid and cup.
6. Assurance of BOM standard consumption & wastage.
7. NPD monitoring for metal line and welding manufacturing.
8. Implement safe working practices in section / Department.
9. Display of OPL and work instruction for new identified defects with Poka-Yoke.
10. Organise effective awareness training of CTQ & CTP to achieve 100% First Pass Yield.
11. Cost saving and process improvement ideas monthly 3 minimum.
12. Monitoring and eliminate rework and rejection to improve product and process quality.
13. Implement safety practices within department.
14. Zero rejection fallout in Assembly Section with respect to fitment and function, Adherence of CTQ process.
15. Good knowledge of Sheet metal process manufacturing and laser welding.
