Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Achieve organisation Quality Objective & Goals. 2. Daily Section wise Process Non-Conformity Reporting and counter measure identification for top 3 defects. 3. Daily Rejection Verification & Metal Line, Welding section Component First Piece approval and Patrol Inspection. 4. Align with assembly section non-conformities and identify counter measure for defect solution. 5. 100% fitment assurance of Lid and cup. 6. Assurance of BOM standard consumption & wastage. 7. NPD monitoring for metal line and welding manufacturing. 8. Implement safe working practices in section / Department. 9. Display of OPL and work instruction for new identified defects with Poka-Yoke. 10. Organise effective awareness training of CTQ & CTP to achieve 100% First Pass Yield. 11. Cost saving and process improvement ideas monthly 3 minimum. 12. Monitoring and eliminate rework and rejection to improve product and process quality. 13. Implement safety practices within department. Additional Responsibilities: 14. Zero rejection fallout in Assembly Section with respect to fitment and function, Adherence of CTQ process. 15. Good knowledge of Sheet metal process manufacturing and laser welding.
