JD:

Conduct
periodic internal audits
of civil construction activities at project sites.
Verify compliance with
IS codes
,
project specifications
,
drawings
, and
contractual requirements
.
Inspect ongoing and completed works such as
concrete works
,
reinforcement
, formwork, masonry, earthworks, and finishes.
Communication with multiple teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Renewing the lease with negotiation, amendment.
Discussing with Land owners for any unwanted access issues.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors Degree.
Minimum
36 years
of experience in auditing or Estate roles.
Strong knowledge of
construction materials
,
QA/QC procedures
, and
relevant IS/IRC/ASTM codes
.
Familiar with
construction drawings
,
BBS
,
concrete mix designs
, etc.
Excellent
report-writing
,
observation
, and
analytical skills
.
