Quality Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  Quality Control (QC) team

  , ensuring adherence to interview quality standards and delivery SLAs
• Own

  end-to-end interview quality assurance

  across the Interview-as-a-Service platform
• Design and implement

  interviewer performance measurement frameworks

  to ensure consistently high-quality interviews
• Monitor, analyze, and improve

  interviewer readiness, evaluation accuracy, and professionalism

• Drive

  high-quality interview deliverability

  across clients, skills, and seniority levels
• Build and track

  quality KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards

  for interview quality, interviewer performance, and client satisfaction
• Perform

  root cause analysis (RCA)

  on quality issues, interview reworks, and client escalations
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Client Success teams to resolve quality gaps and improve workflows
• Enable

  interviewer calibration, certification, and re-training programs

  based on data insights
• Ensure

  industry-benchmark interview quality standards

  and continuous improvement
• Identify process gaps and implement

  scalable quality improvement frameworks

• Present quality insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in quality analytics, operations analytics, or platform analytics
• Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or HR tech platforms preferred
