Job Description

As a Quality Analytics Lead at Fusion Finance, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer to align strategies with the overall organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, project management, portfolio analysis, data analytics, and stakeholder management. In the strategic advisory aspect of the role, you will work closely with the COO to ensure that strategies are in line with the company's vision and objectives. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in guiding the organization towards delivering results and achieving its goals. Your role will also involve overseeing critical projects and initiatives, from their inception to execution, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner and aligned with strategic objectives, cost considerations, and product requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting portfolio analysis to identify potential stress areas and understand customer behavior. In the realm of data analytics, you will analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making. Your ability to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations will be essential in driving the company's strategic objectives. Benchmarking company performance metrics will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Stakeholder management is another crucial aspect of your role, where you will be tasked with managing internal and external stakeholders and fostering productive relationships. Timely reporting on project and product statuses to stakeholders will be vital in ensuring transparency and effective communication. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. An MBA would be considered a plus. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, you should have a strong command of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and preferably Python or R. Your proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with strategic impact, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities will be critical to your success in this role. Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities are also essential qualities for this position.,
