Role: Quality Analyst | Collections (International Process)
Location: ThaneExperience: Minimum 1 year in Collection process(1st / 3rd Party Collections experience preferred)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Age Limit: Up to 43 years
Shift Timings:
6:00 PM 3:00 AM
7:00 PM 4:00 AM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
8 productive hours + 1 hour break
Transportation: Centralised pick-up & home drop facility available
Salary:
CTC: 5-6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits on inbound/outbound calls and emails
Ensure adherence to quality SLAs and process standards
Provide feedback, trend analysis, and quality reports
Conduct calibration sessions and drive action plans
Coordinate with internal teams and clients
