Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The role involves assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitive activity. Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents. Negotiate terms and prices to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys as needed. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a sales role (preferred). Strong knowledge of local property market and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Comfortable with digital marketing, CRM systems, and online lead platforms. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to property sites. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
