Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure high-quality customer service.
Develop and implement effective quality control processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with agents and team leaders to provide feedback and coaching.
Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain reports to track quality metrics and performance.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with quality management tools and software.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
