Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality analysis of banking processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Identify training needs of team members and develop training programs to address them.
