Department:

Quality Assurance

Conduct quality checks of Medical Examination Reports (MER)
Cross-verify lab values and insurance-specific medical parameters
Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports before final submission
Minimize operational delays and support grievance resolution
Maintain documentation standards and QC procedures

Requirements

MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degree
Freshers or 1 year of experience in a medical/insurance QA role
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical documentation
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Note:
