  • Conduct quality checks of Medical Examination Reports (MER)
  • Cross-verify lab values and insurance-specific medical parameters
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports before final submission
  • Minimize operational delays and support grievance resolution
  • Maintain documentation standards and QC procedures

Requirements

  • MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS degree
  • Freshers or 1 year of experience in a medical/insurance QA role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical documentation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
