Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
  • Design, document, and execute test cases, ensuring thorough test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using standard defect management tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure product quality aligns with business expectations.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to QA planning and estimations.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or GraphQL.
  • Perform database testing using tools like MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing across different environments.
  • Domain exposure to E-commerce and IT Services is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, smart, confident, and capable of taking ownership
