Key Responsibilities Understand project requirements and create detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UI, usability). Detect, document, and track bugs/issues to ensure they are resolved in time. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery. Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to maintain compatibility. Maintain clear and structured documentation for test processes and outcomes. Suggest improvements in product quality and testing processes. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in manual testing. Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and QA methodologies. Good knowledge of writing and executing test cases & test scenarios. Proficiency in English communication (written & verbal) to coordinate effectively with teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good-to-Have (Plus Points) Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar. Basic understanding of APIs and database queries (SQL). Experience with Agile methodologies.
