Quality Analyst - Manual Testing

We are searching for a Quality Analyst to conduct manual tests and ensure the quality of the product. As a QA engineer, your responsibilities will include designing tests, debugging, and taking corrective actions. You will play a crucial role in the application development process of the company. Your primary duty will be testing the product before launch to guarantee it is error-free and reliable. Your main responsibilities will include managing your productivity, collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, adapting workflows for QA projects, managing QC & UAT for each project, creating test plans and test cases, conducting both Functional and Non-Functional Testing, identifying and reporting defects, certifying builds during internal/external UAT, supporting team members to achieve project objectives, assisting in crisis resolution with the tech team, adhering to QA standards, policies, and procedures, managing QA department documentation, and developing and executing performance and load-testing scripts. We are looking for candidates with 3 to 4 years of proven experience in quality assurance, a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience in Magento E-Commerce domain (B2B, B2C), Shopify, and mobile application testing for android and iOS, proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases, hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as JMeter, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools like JIRA, ability to work on dedicated or multiple projects independently or with a team, knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, problem-solving skills, and a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, strong writing and communication skills, automation testing experience, and certification in the field would be highly desirable.,
