As a Quality Analyst, your role will involve writing and executing manual tests to ensure product quality. You will play a vital role in the application development process, ensuring that the product is error-free and reliable before launch. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage your productivity, learning, and utilization of hours effectively. - Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and Statements of Work (SOW). - Adapt workflow for QA projects based on sprints and milestones. - Manage Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each project, ensuring deliverables are as per scope. - Create test plans and test cases for assigned projects and manage results. - Perform Functional and Non-Functional Testing. - Identify and report defects or issues in the project. - Certify each build as part of internal/external UAT in collaboration with the development team. - Support other team members to achieve project objectives, customer satisfaction, and process compliance. - Work with the tech team to identify root causes and assist in resolving crises or breakdowns. - Follow QA standards, policies, and procedures. - Ensure code quality and bug-free delivery of development. - Manage documentation for the QA department and report in the desired format. - Adhere to QA procedures and policies. - Develop and execute performance and load-testing scripts. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 4 years of proven experience in quality assurance. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in Magento E-Commerce domain is a must, including B2B, B2C, Shopify, and mobile application testing (android, iOS). - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, especially JMeter Load testing. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process and managing tasks and defects using tools like JIRA. - Ability to work on dedicated projects or multiple projects as an individual QA or with a team. - Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. - Certification in QA is an add-on. - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. **Additional Details:** - Strong writing and communication skills are desired. - Automation Testing experience would be beneficial.
