Quality Analyst

• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback,
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases,
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activity
• Partner with technical support and Account manager, while also communicating with our customers to understand their needs and deliver happiness to our users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
• 3-5 years of software testing/programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Hard working and willing to listen to different opinions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Experience with real-time collaboration application development/testing.
• Debugging and performance benchmark experience on desktop, mobile and Web
• Excellent foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for minimum binary size, maximum performance and large scale.
