Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of deliverables by conducting manual testing of web and mobile applications. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying issues and tracking bugs using bug-tracking tools. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to improve product performance and validate fixes to ensure timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications. - Create, update, and execute test cases. - Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing. - Ensure product quality and report findings to the development team. - Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to improve product performance. - Validate fixes and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Maintain clear testing documentation. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and bug lifecycle. - Knowledge of different testing types (functional, regression, usability, etc.). - Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar). - Basic understanding of SQL and APIs (added advantage). - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,
