Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team at Eloiacs Software Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the IT software industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality.
Analyze defects and provide detailed reports to improve product quality.
Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with defect tracking and management systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and best practices.
