Quality Analyst

As a member of the Trust & Safety Team at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe online community for users to create and connect securely. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing daily audits on the internal system - Providing analysis of errors and feedback to the bpo/in-house teams - Creating effective training plans for policy and process training - Supporting on policy/quality related questions in real-time - Guiding new joiners to achieve ramp up targets and monitoring productivity - Collaborating with overseas quality analysts on RCA and project plans - Conducting root cause analysis to reduce error rate and suggesting improvements - Identifying errors or loopholes in policy descriptions and proposing enhancements - Optimizing existing processes and tools Minimum qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent working experience - Minimum 1-year experience in QA, trust and safety, or policy within a tech or media company - Understanding of business needs and strategic thinking - Familiarity with labeling business logic and upstream/downstream teams" working mode - Knowledge of machine learning and content understanding - Ability to collaborate with various levels of management and stakeholders Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role are: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT/Excel/Word) - Familiarity with Working Hours tool and Data visualization - Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis - Strong decision-making skills in complex situations - Quick learner in fast-paced environments - Passion for helping others grow and willingness to adapt to new tools,
