Quality Analyst (Automation/Manual)

As a Quality Analyst at RoboMQ, a leading API and data integration company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, your role will involve collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for the API and data platforms. You will play a vital role in analyzing and defining product requirements, documenting user stories, managing UAT, supporting partner integrations, and tracking feature and defect backlogs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and define product requirements based on business needs - Document user stories, specifications, and workflows - Manage UAT and validate product features using Jira - Collaborate with engineering teams during development and testing phases - Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms - Track and manage feature and defect backlogs effectively - Support agile teams and actively participate in daily stand-ups **Requirements:** - 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role - B.Tech degree with relevant technical exposure - Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Git - Exposure to UI automation testing, with preference for Selenium - Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Workday - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills - Experience with Agile project management Join RoboMQ as a Quality Analyst and contribute to automating critical business processes for improved operational efficiency and customer experience.,
