Quality Analyst

PincodeKart is looking for a Quality Analyst with 2+ years of experience to ensure that all products listed on our e-commerce platform meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review product listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications) for accuracy & completeness

Ensure all listed products meet company guidelines and quality standards

Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies in product data

Conduct regular audits of product catalogs to maintain consistency and reliability

Collaborate with vendors, content, and operations teams to fix quality issues

Track customer feedback and highlight recurring product-related concerns

Prepare reports on quality checks and suggest process improvements

Strong attention to detail – ability to spot even the smallest errors

Analytical mindset – can evaluate data, patterns, and trends in listings

Consistency-driven – ensures all products follow the same standard

Problem-solving approach – proactive in identifying and fixing issues

Good communication skills – to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders

Ownership mentality – takes responsibility for product quality end-to-end

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst / QA Specialist (preferably in e-commerce or retail)

Familiarity with product catalogs, data entry, and quality audits

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting

Prior experience in an e-commerce / online retail environment is highly preferred
