Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly audit and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails,whatsapp) against quality standards
- Provide regular feedback and training to agents and team leads for performance improvement.
- Regularly maintain audit reports, sales sheet, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients to take feedback
- Regular follow up with the customers Pre and Post sales
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quality Analyst
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure
