Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst in an International Healthcare BPO/GCC, your role involves conducting daily quality audits for various asynchronous support tasks. This includes tasks such as order reviews, pharmacy coordination, and patient communication. You will be responsible for evaluating task performance using structured quality check (QC) rubrics to ensure accuracy, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and adherence to turnaround times (TAT). Additionally, logging and categorizing identified errors by severity, associate, task type, and contextual variations will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily quality audits for asynchronous support tasks - Evaluate task performance using structured QC rubrics - Log and categorize identified errors - Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to agents - Identify recurring error patterns and collaborate with team leads - Maintain and improve quality tracking systems and dashboards - Suggest automation opportunities or process enhancements based on audit trends Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or BPO setup - Prior exposure to healthcare operations is highly desirable - Sound understanding of quality control frameworks, methodologies, and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and flexibly across different shifts and time zones - Strong attention to detail, with proven analytical and organizational capabilities In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, you will be working in a permanent job type with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
