Hours: Mon–Fri | 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST

Market Supported: Global English-speaking markets

Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to lead the quality review and ongoing monitoring of applications across specialised programs and domains.

This role uses structured rubrics and data insights to:

Make eligibility decisions

Raise quality standards

Align supply with business demand

Curate top talent

Provide reporting support

Must Have: Experience reviewing work quality or technical involvement in at least one domain:

Design, Website/App/Software Development, Marketing, Writing, Video, Music, Data/AI, Business

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate & Review applications and deliverables
• Standards & Insights to ensure consistency and quality
• Talent Matching & Curation for the right opportunities
• Projects & Enablement to support scalable solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration across internal teams
• Reporting & Client Engagement to share insights

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent English with strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• High customer orientation and service mindset
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Relevant education or certifications in:

Design, Development, Marketing, Writing, Video, Music, Data/AI, Business

Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
