Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Company Secretary located in Kochi. The role involves tasks such as ensuring adherence to corporate laws, drafting and reviewing legal documents, overseeing corporate governance practices, and providing advisory services on compliance. The Company Secretary will also have to manage the team team.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance
Experience in drafting, vetting, and reviewing resolutions, minutes and documents.
Familiarity with corporate restructuring and compliance practices
Excellent legal drafting and advisory skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Company Secretary (CS) qualification and membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India is mandatory
Experience in a similar role with a focus on corporate law and governance is preferable.
