As a Team Lead at our audit firm in Chennai, you will be responsible for managing statutory audits of manufacturing companies. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting statutory audits, internal audits, income tax audits, GST audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Leading a team of auditors to ensure efficient and timely completion of audit assignments. - Providing expert guidance on auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices. - Analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and recommending solutions to improve business processes. - Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management to address audit findings and recommendations. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with good article experience in auditing. - Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and practices. - Experience in auditing manufacturing companies would be highly preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Long-term interest in CA practice would be an advantage.
