Your communication, leadership, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills will be vital in managing pressure during security incidents and multitasking in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a SOC environment, with at least 1-2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience. This position requires working in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of security operations. While certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Google Cybersecurity Professional Training are valuable, hands-on experience and leadership abilities take precedence in this role.,
