Your main responsibilities include:

Leading action plans for non-compliant workflows and setting priorities aligned with business strategy.
Acting as the main interface between QSC business and IT to continuously optimise systems and processes. Leading the creation of system change requests and supporting new digital solutions for QSC operations. Ensuring transparency and effective communication within the QSC team and with stakeholders. Leading as a country superuser for key applications and guiding teams to adopt modern technologies. Providing performance statistics and insights to improve product and supply quality. Contributing to the QSC management team by developing better ways of working, sharing learnings, and driving continuous improvement.
