Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed bills of quantities for civil and finishing works
Measure completed work and verify contractor claims
Process interim payments and final billing for subcontractors
Review and approve material consumption reports
Maintain project cost records and financial documentation
Coordinate with accounts team for payment processing

Required Skills

10-12 years experience in civil engineering billing and measurement
Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech)
Expertise in civil works and finishing activities measurement
Knowledge of construction contracts and payment terms
Proficiency in billing software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
