QS & Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using

    MS Projects

  • Carry out

    quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation

  • Coordinate with site teams for

    progress monitoring and reporting

  • Prepare

    client & subcontractor bills, cash flow, and delay analysis

  • Review drawings in

    AutoCAD

    for accurate quantity calculations
  • Support in

    budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Assist with

    variation claims, rate analysis, and contractual correspondencesReq</strong>uirements:B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering4–6 years’ experienceas QS & Planning Engineer (Contractor side)Proficiency inMS Projects & AutoCAD(mandatory)Strong knowledge in billing, cost control & contract managementExcellent communication, coordination & analytical skillsLocation:Email:Mobile:
