Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QMS Engineer role located in Pune. The QMS Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure high product quality and compliance with industry standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring production quality, conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining detailed documentation. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and experience implementing quality processes in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Practical experience with Injection Molding, Spray Coating, Pad Printing, Screen Printing, and Laser Marking & Assembly processes.
• Proficiency in quality standards and compliance management, including ISO certifications and audits.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document quality processes.
• Familiarity with automotive components production and assembly is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience.
