Job Responsibilities
Effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, Hands on experience on ISO 9K; IATF 16949; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001(OHSAS) system implementation and audit; Customer system audit, MRM, IQA, Preparation of system procedures, Knowledge of CAPA; root cause analysis, 8D, 7 QC Tools,
, Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents, Collate quality data for monitoring targets, Assist with training of quality awareness, Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system, Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Hands on experience on MS Office, Knowledge of submitting IMDS data
