Requirements
Graduates from the stream of Computer Science and Information Technology.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Candidates with knowledge in Manual testing and Application support are preferred.
Responsibilities
Soft Skill:* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skill:* Database: SQL Server, Oracle Others: VMware, Hyper-V,* Web Server: IIS,* Windows Server Administration: Basic Networking skills
Responsibilities:
Manual Testing
· Design and execute test cases based on project requirements and user stories.
· Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
· Document test results and defects and collaborate with development teams and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
· Ensure test environments are set up and maintained accurately.
Application Support
· Provide technical support to end-users through various channels (e.g., email, chat, calls etc)
. Troubleshoot software issues reported by users, diagnose problems, and escalate when necessary.
· Document user-reported issues and resolutions for future reference.
· Assist in the creation of user guides and documents to help users resolve common problems independently.
