Application Support · Provide technical support to end-users through various channels (e.g., email, chat, calls etc) . Troubleshoot software issues reported by users, diagnose problems, and escalate when necessary. · Document user-reported issues and resolutions for future reference. · Assist in the creation of user guides and documents to help users resolve common problems independently.
