Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QC Manager to join our team in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a strong background in pharma.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control systems.
Ensure all quality control activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
Train and guide junior staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Proven experience in quality control and assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP and other relevant regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with quality management software and systems.
