Sunrise Remedies Job Opening for Quality Control (QC) Manager.

Experience: Candidate should be on same designation for more than 7+ years in Quality Control Department(OSD Formulations Preferred ).
Industries: Pharmaceutical Formulation (OSD).
Department:– Quality Control
Required Qualification: M.Sc. | B.Pharm. | M.Pharm.
Location: Santej Ahmedabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Only Pharma-Formulation (OSD) industry experience candidate.
– Responsibility for complete Quality Control and analytical function of the Company. – Prepare and Maintain all documents and systems as per guideline. – Plan proper inputs of all materials such as reagents, chemicals & spares of the Instruments. – Responsible for internal quality audits and training of staff. – Responsible for troubleshooting in operational area. – Responsible for compliance of safety, sanitation, environmental, GDP, GLP, GCP in the laboratory. – Review and approval of laboratory protocols, results and documents. – Ensure specifications, sampling procedure, test methods and other quality control procedures are being followed. – Ensure that environmental monitoring is being carried out as per schedule. – Carry out “Out of specification” and “Out of calibration” investigation. – Responsible for method development of new products. – Ensure that validation of method is followed as per guideline. – Review of artwork for products. – Responsible for IQ/OQ/PQ of new analytical instruments. – Maintain and manage PM schedule of all analytical instruments. – Review and approval of analytical protocols, reports and other documents. – Responsible for procurement of chemicals, reference standards, cultures, columns, impurities and other analytical requirements. – Responsible for quality audit of third party testing laboratory. – Responsible for maintenance and smooth working of entire Analytical and Quality Control Department.
