Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and monitor quality control processes across printing, lamination, and pouching to ensure all products meet client specifications and industry standards.
Oversee daily operations & machine performance, ensuring SOP compliance, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement in productivity and quality.
Manage production planning, audits, and client feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Apply strong technical knowledge of substrates (PET, METPET, BOPP, CPP, Foil, Paper, Nylon), printing & lamination machines, and pouching formats (3-side seal, center seal, stand-up, zipper, etc.).
Ensure full compliance with ISO/GMP/HACCP/BRC standards, regulatory requirements, and plant safety & hygiene guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
