Job Description

Job Title: Packaging Material Executive / QC Officer Packaging

Department:

Experience Required:

3 to 5 Years

Compensation (CTC):

Up to 4.0 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Perform
sampling, testing, and release
of packaging materials such as
foils, cartons, and leaflets
used for oral dosage forms.
Conduct
inspection and verification
of printed packaging materials as per approved
specifications and artworks
.
Prepare, review, and maintain packaging material test reports
, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Carry out
visual comparison
of packaging materials with approved
standard shade cards
to ensure color consistency and accuracy.
Perform
AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) inspections
of packaging materials in accordance with approved
SOPs
.
Ensure
proper labeling and status identification
of packaging materials (e.g., under test, approved, rejected).
Maintain
accurate documentation
in compliance with
GMP and data integrity
requirements.
Provide support during
internal and external audits
, ensuring availability and accuracy of packaging material records.
Adhere strictly to
SOPs, GMP guidelines, safety practices, and company policies
during daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in
Pharmacy, Science
, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of
GMP requirements
and
pharmaceutical packaging materials
.

AQL procedures

Excellent
documentation, reporting, and compliance
skills.
